Team SaaSBox

@saasbox

Effective September 2019

This policy explains what information we collect when you use SaaSBox’s sites, services, mobile applications, products, and content (“Services”). It also has information about how we store, use, transfer, and delete that information.

We strive to conduct a privacy policy that is compliant with privacy laws and beyond that ensure that you trust us with your data and activities. We value this trust and strive to prove this by our actions.

Your Credit Card Information

Your credit card and payments are processed in the most secure way possible in today’s online standards. We do not store your credit card information and outsource payment processing to Stripe Inc. Stripe Inc is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Your Stripe and other critical business credentials

Your Stripe keys are stored with 256-bit AES encryption and only you have access to your keys.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

We use cookies to find out what kind of a demographics are SaaSBox. We collect this data anonymously via Google Analytics. We also use Facebook tracking utilities in order to understand basic actions taken on our site, that includes how many visitors provided their email address, how many has signed up, how many has logged in, checked out one of our products and bought them (e.g. completed a purchase). Other than this basic information we do not track who or other behavioral details about our users.

We use cookies only on the addresses www.saasbox.net and saasbox.net. Your site under SaaSBox is open for cookie usage, by you, should you install similar Google Analytics and Facebook tracking codes.

When you create your SaaSBox account, and authenticate with a third-party service (like Twitter, Facebook or Google) we may collect, store, and periodically update information associated with that third-party account, such as your lists of friends or followers. We will never publish through your third-party account without your permission.

Information Disclosure

SaaSBox owner, Buzz Software Inc will not transfer information about you to third parties for the purpose of providing or facilitating third-party advertising to you. We will not sell information about you.

We may share your account information with third parties in some circumstances, including: (1) with your consent; (2) to a service provider or partner who meets our data protection standards; (3) with academic or non-profit researchers, with aggregation, anonymization, or pseudonomization; (4) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process; (5) when we have a good faith belief that doing so will help prevent imminent harm to someone.

If we are going to share your information in response to legal process, we’ll give you notice so you can challenge it (for example by seeking court intervention), unless we are prohibited by law or believe doing so may endanger others. We will object to requests for information about users of our services that we believe are improper.

Data Storage

SaaSBox uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as Amazon, for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run SaaSBox. We maintain server logs and event logs. By using SaaSBox, you authorize SaaSBox to transfer, store, and use your information in the United States and any other country where we operate.

Third-Party Integrations

Some of the services that you see are provided on SaaSBox is not hosted by us. These “integrations” are hosted by a third-party and integrated in SaaSBox. For example: When you enable Mailchimp integration, the emails you collect are sent to Mailchimp via their API. These integrations send data to the hosted service just as if you were using that service directly (Email address sent to Mailchimp will be stored by Mailchimp). SaaSBox does not control what data third parties collect in cases like this, or what they will do with it. So, third-party integrations on SaaSBox are not covered by this privacy policy. They are covered by the privacy policy of the third-party service.

Some integrations may ask you for personal information, such as your email address, through a form.

We do our best to keep bad actors off of SaaSBox, and we integrate only with APIs and services that we know are of high quality and trustworthy. However, if you choose to submit your information to a third party this way, we do not know what they can do with it. As explained above, their actions are not covered by this Privacy Policy. So, please be careful when you use integrations on SaaSBox asking for your email address or any other personal information. Make sure you understand who you are submitting your information to and what they say they plan to do with it.

If you use integrations on SaaSBox that allows submission of personal information by users, you must provide near the submission form a prominent link to an applicable Privacy Policy that clearly states how to you intend to use any information collected. Failure to do so may lead SaaSBox to disable the service or take other action to limit or disable your account.

Tracking & Cookies

We use browser cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you return to our Services. We use them in various ways, for example to log you in, remember your preferences (such as default language), evaluate email effectiveness.

SaaSBox does not track you across the Internet. We track only your interactions across the SaaSBox sites, namely under the www.saasbox.net and saasbox.net domains. We do
